The Five Questions Method (5QM) provides an effective and accelerated approach for an individual to identify his or her Next Big Thing - whether it is a new job, an increase in compensation, more flexible hours, or a new career direction. Our 5QM clients include first time job seekers, individuals looking to relocate, people that want to pursue C-suite positions, and others that are going through life/career transitions. Participants work closely with a Professional Adviser who will guide the individual through the five phases, leading to the identification of their Next Big Thing and the development of a clear and realistic path to achieve that goal.

To help participants stay on track, the 5QM program offers Daily HeadLights to be read and contemplated every day - in the morning, evening, or anytime you take a break or need clarity. We have learned that reflection, when practiced consistently, leads to meaningful insight and personal development.
